Vantage Group is a privately held business located in St Mary's Bay, Auckland. The group's core business is property investment and development. It has been operating in the New Zealand property market since the mid 1990's, and has been identifying underperforming property assets and adding value to those assets. This is achieved through redevelopment, adding efficiency and market repositioning. These assets are then held as long term acquisitions or re-presented to the market for realisation.
The group is involved in property transactions from residential through to commercial and industrial. Vantage Group's ability to find innovative solutions to maximise efficiency and quality has enabled it to be a leader in its field.
