The Windsor is wrapped in multiple layers of rich history, having held its premium position on the corner of Windsor Street and Parnell Road for over 150 years.
The building began its life as The Windsor Castle, a hotel built in the 1850s along what was then a wide, unpaved dirt road in Parnell.
Since then, it has been reincarnated as an office, pub, restaurant and live music venue, boasting a colourful past that many Aucklanders have been part of.
The stunning character offices on Level 1 benefit from their own separate access. The offices boast elegant high stud spaces with original polished wooden tongue and groove flooring. A central hallway provides access to various large offices, a lunchroom and kitchen, separate amenities and support offices. The space is well lit through significant glazing and a feature of this area are the French doors which open onto a small balcony located directly at the Parnell Rd and Windsor St intersection.
